Caroline Neumann is passionate about her role as a leading global consumer and HCP marketer and insights professional.
After her masters degree in business she worked in the consumer goods industry (Unilever, Royal Numico) for 15 years before entering the world of pharma, joining first Boehringer Ingelheim and then Merck KGaA.
When it comes to driving market orientation in organisations, Caroline is on a mission. She initiated and led several change programs, helping companies move from internal science and product focus to a market orientated approach. In this context she capitalises not only on her many years of experience in consumer and healthcare marketing and insight management, but also on her her professional education as a business coach at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
