The CoE will drive value based pricing on a solution level, and create a sustainable & profitable logitutional business across the entire lifecycle of a customer driven solution.
The ability to price based on the value, to successfully defend that price, and to improve on that value and price over time is the main task of the CoE.
The CoE is also responsible for Pricing Master Data management, as well as advanced pricing analytics.
