Dr. Jackson is head of European Patient Access Operations at UCB. A senior pharmaceutical access executive with over 20 years of international experience in the life-science industries, having held key positions and senior management roles, both in and above country, across patient access, pricing, and health economics.

A highly experienced, capable and recognized leader, skilled in building high functioning teams to deliver and execute successful global access and pricing strategies. An original thinker able to develop and synthesize clinical and economic evidence, alongside patient-relevant outcomes, to create compelling value messages.

Daniel is also a senior research fellow in Health Economics at the University of Surrey. He has advised UK government policy on Vaccines and immunisation as a member of the JCVI, and he is the author of an award-winning health economics textbook, "Healthcare Economics Made Easy".
