I execute the Competitive Intelligence (CI) and Market Intelligence (MI) vision and strategy, in alignment with stakeholder priorities at senior leadership level. I work closely with disease area matrix teams (including leaders and teams in Commercial, Medical, & Market Access as well as SMO) to provide strategic support through the identification, analysis, and distribution of timely & relevant business and competitive intelligence and actionable insights that inform the near and long term franchise strategies.
My core areas of expertise include:
- Macroeconomic assessment and impact on business from commercial, supply and strategy perspective for senior leadership
- Assessing the competitive environment , competitors’ assets and shifts in strategy and tactics to anticipate potential moves and work on risk mitigation strategies
- Conducting analysis and research based on Key Intelligence Topics/Questions and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and deliver reports/communications that provide competitive insights and analysis of trends, issues, and opportunities
- Identify and evaluate potential external development opportunities (assets, combinations, technology platforms, etc.)
- Implements all elements of internal CI model based on consultative engagement with key stakeholders, leading internal intelligence networks, coordinating the communication of intelligence, managing external CI vendors/partners, and leveraging relevant internal IT tools and platforms
